Battery pricing is available for devices that are not damaged, not obsolete, and where the battery condition meets specific criteria as specified by Apple.
Damaged iPad and Apple Watch require a replacement device.
Damaged iPhone requires a replacement device in some cases. A damaged iPhone may require a component repair that is less expensive than the "damaged" price.
Same-day repairs are subject to part availability.

By checking a device in for servce you agree that the device may be erased - all data may be lost. Team members strive to protect and preserve all data whenever possible.
CONTAMINATION: Mac Pros reserves the right to refuse service for devices that may pose a health risk to our team including devices that have come in contact with contaminated surfaces, liquids, or other potentially hazardous substances including devices that have been dropped into a toilet. Please protect our staff by sealing contaminated devices in a resealable bag and by alterting our team about any potential contamination.
Mac Pros does not want your passwords¹. We need you to know them...
Apple requires that "Find My" or "Activation Lock" be disabled for devices checked in for certified repair or replacement. Mac Pros does not have access to Apple ID systems and cannot change Apple ID passwords. A Mac Pros team member may be available to guide you through resetting or recovering your Apple ID password which may result in a service charge.
Mac Pros team members understand and respect your privacy as if it was their own. We request passwords only when necessary. In some cases device passwords can be temporarily changed or other measures can be taken so as not to expose your password(s) or other sensitive information.
PLEASE NOTE: Mac Pros does not have access to Apple ID systems and cannot do anyting more to recover or reset Apple ID passwords than what you can do on your device(s) or at appleid.apple.com. For assistance with Apple ID passwords, please utilize your options on your device(s), at appleid.apple.com, or call Apple at 1-800-275-2273
Mac: data back-up to an external hard drive is highly recommended. Backup service may be available with your consent and for a fee.
Apple Watch: inherently backed up to the iPhone that it is paired to but please DO NOT unpair the Apple Watch prior to service and bring the iPhone that the Apple Watch is paired with.
iPhone/iPad/iPod: iCloud may be the most convenient backup method and may require purchasing more iCloud storage from Apple. Alternatively, you can back up iPhone and iPad using a computer. To protect your data and your privacy, Mac Pros is prohibited by Apple from backing up iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple Watch to a computer or other device owned or controlled by Mac Pros.
